Associate Electrical Trainer (L7) Location: Leicester / Dartford / Thatcham / Hamilton / Rotherham
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver electrical engineering training in line with customer and sector requirements
- Manage engineer training groups and learning progress
- Ensure success and qualification attainment rates are met
- Handle all related admin, assessments, and internal quality assurance
- Promote safety and model inclusive behaviours
- Maintain own CPD and technical competence
- Build strong stakeholder relationships to support training delivery
Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years in the electrical sector
- Knowledge: Green skills tech, safeguarding in education
- Qualifications (for electricians):
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation & Maintenance
- 18th Edition
- Inspection & Testing
- Any specific qualifications relevant to accredited training
