Associate Gas Trainer - Location: Leicester / Dartford / Thatcham / Hamilton / Rotherham
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical gas engineering training in line with industry and client needs
- Manage training groups, progression, and learning outcomes
- Ensure timely qualification achievement and high success rates
- Complete associated admin, assessments, and quality assurance
- Promote safety, diversity, inclusion, and continuous improvement
- Maintain own professional development and compliance with industry standards
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective training delivery
Requirements:
- 5+ years of industry experience in gas engineering
- NVQ Level 3 in Gas Installation & Maintenance (or equivalent), 18th Edition, and Inspection & Testing qualifications
- Knowledge of green skills technologies and safeguarding in education
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer focus, and a growth mindset
