Electrician - Anchor Housing

To deliver reactive, planned and disrepair works across thousands of homes, keeping properties safe, comfortable, and well-maintained, using modern digital systems to keep work flowing smoothly.

The Role 

To install, service and maintain electrical systems and appliances in domestic properties to a high-quality standard in accordance with the current Edition of the IET Wiring Regulations. 

What You’ll Do

• Carrying out the necessary Health and Safety risk assessments when on site. 
• Undertake routine maintenance and servicing to electrical systems and appliances to required standards. 
• Report all faulty appliances / installations that do not comply with current regulations. 
• Replace electrical sockets and fittings. 
• Reading and taking information from the job outline tickets.

 

Working hours are 8am – 5pm

Potential for upskilling

6-month probation period

Van, fuel card and van stock supplied

Working from a PDA device issued by the client

Potential weekend out of hours work on a rota system

23 days annual leave PLUS bank holidays

 

Requirements: 

• NVQ3 (including AM2)
• 18^th Edition
• Clean driving license. 
• Clean DBS. 
• Ability to effectively manage time, and a positive attitude. 
• Attention to detail.
