Electrical Qualifying Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Qualifying Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day delivery of electrical works across repairs and maintenance contracts. You will manage electricians, subcontractors, and apprentices, ensuring all works are completed safely, compliantly, and in line with NICEIC requirements and company standards.
The role includes acting as the NICEIC Qualified Supervisor, maintaining registration, signing off certification, overseeing testing and inspection quality, and supporting operational teams with expert technical guidance. You will monitor site works, liaise with clients and internal teams, manage resources and productivity, and contribute to commercial performance.
You will play a key role in promoting a strong health & safety culture, preparing RAMS, delivering toolbox talks, and ensuring full regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an NICEIC Qualifying Supervisor, strong knowledge of domestic electrical installations and testing & inspection, relevant electrical qualifications, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a client-facing environment. Experience in social housing is desirable. Travel to sites across the UK may be required.- Must have - 18th Edition , NVQ 3, 2391, Electrical Supervisor experience
- Hours – 8am – 5pm
- Overseeing EICR, Communal lighting, Voids Remedial works etc
