Gas Plumber

We are seeking a qualified Gas Plumber to carry out wet fitting and gas-related works across domestic properties. This role involves radiator installations, pipe and gas runs, leak tracing and general gas system repairs, ensuring all work is completed safely, compliantly and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Install and replace radiators, complete pipework and gas line runs
Trace and repair gas leaks, including underfloor works
Work on S/Y plans and combi systems
Move and replace boiler flues
Diagnose and repair faults in gas systems and appliances
Conduct risk assessments and comply with Health & Safety and GSIUR 1998 regulations
Deliver excellent customer service to residents and tenants
Maintain accurate job sheets, reports and compliance certification
Participate in out-of-hours/on-call rota as required

Essential Qualifications:

Domestic gas qualifications: CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1
Full UK Driving Licence

Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in gas plumbing, wet fitting and system installations
Strong understanding of gas safety regulations and industry standards
Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively
Professional, customer-focused approach
Willingness to undertake DBS check prior to employment
