They can upskill into EV and ASHP however this will start after at least a year of service
Top earners bring in £70k+ while many engineers earn £60k this is because they will set you up with the view to succeed if a Contract goes quiet and there’s not the work to earn bonus they will move you to a new Contract if you wish, they have introduced a new policy so if the commissioning is taking over half an hour, you can call your manager to activate their Install, Join, and Leave policy. This allows the engineer to move to the next job as agreed with the manager rather than waiting around.
Their safest and most efficient engineers install 12-14 meters daily and are audited based on the number of meters fitted. If they fit twice as many meters as other engineers, they are audited accordingly.
