Regional Manager
Role:
The successful applicant will report and work closely with the Head of Region/Directors to ensure full operational duties on your Region and ensure all KPIs are met with contractual compliance.
The role of the regional manager is to lead and engage a team in line with the operational strategy, ensuring that an excellent service is provided as standard. You will develop your region, by working with your line manager to achieve the goals and objectives required to drive the business forward.
You will have experience of managing a team, by leading, engaging and coaching, along with encouraging your team to take ownership of their responsibilities. Excellent communication skills, and the ability to communicate with a range of people at different levels is essential, as this role will also require you to attend client meetings and be “the face” of the business. You will accomplish regional sales and financial targets set by the head of your department.
Part of this role will require you to complete various people management duties, from recruitment, selection, attendance and annual leave, along with the collation of all weekly and monthly timesheets for payroll inputting and processing.
Experience as an Area Manager is desirable, as well as being driven and having a positive attitude to work. Good knowledge of Windows software, especially Outlook, is desired.
