- Description
Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated engineer to service, maintain, and repair a range of renewable energy systems, including ASHP, GSHP, MVHR, EAHP, and Solar. The role requires strong technical ability, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:- Service, maintain, and repair renewable energy systems
- Conduct site assessments and recommend efficiency improvements
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly
- Provide client training and support on system operation
- Collaborate with engineers on system enhancements
- Ensure compliance with industry and safety standards
- Maintain accurate service records
Requirements:
- Relevant technical qualifications (ACS and other appropriate certifications)
- Full UK driving licence (max 6 points)
- Social housing experience desirable
- Strong customer service skills
- Comfortable working with diverse customers
- Open to Level 2 or 3 plumbers looking to upskill into renewables
