Commercial Engineers

Properties will be commercial buildings for example – offices, nursing homes, football stadiums, schools.

Qualifications required:

• CCN1, CENWAT, CIGA1, CODNCO1, CIGA1, COCN1, TCPC1A, CPA1
  
  
• Bonus up to £20.00 per day – based on Servicing – Commissioning – Breakdowns 2^nd fix rate – Always paid apart from when on holiday or sick
• OTE= £45k - £48k
• NO CALL OUT
• 40 hour week – Monday to Friday 8.00 – 17.30. No weekends or Bank Holidays
• Overtime – Monday to Friday: Time plus 1/3^rd for the first 2 hours, Time plus ½ after. Saturdays: Time plus ½ Sundays: Double time
• Need to be flexible on travel time – will be allocated work as close to home but need to go where required could be up to 2 hours
• Lunch Allowance 
• Paid 21^st of the month
• Van: VW transporter – Private mileage option
• Phone: Fully expensed, reasonable personal use
• Uniform: Provided
• Holidays: 25 days plus stat B/H (33)
