Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 Basic (dependent on experience) OTE +£100K
Location: Hybrid working – Minimum of 3 days per week in our Derbyshire office

We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Commercial Gas Contracts Manager to join our growing team. With over 10 years of experience in the commercial gas sector, you will play a key role in the management, delivery, and growth of our commercial gas services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of commercial gas contracts, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery
• Identify opportunities for growth within the commercial department, driving the expansion of contracts and services
• Oversee the technical and operational aspects of the contracts, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring high levels of performance and customer satisfaction
• Ensure effective communication and coordination between all parties involved in the project

Requirements:

• Good experience in commercial gas management
• Proven ability to successfully manage commercial gas contracts, including large-scale projects
• Strong network of contacts within the industry, capable of delivering works and driving business growth
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and industry standards
• Full driving license
