- Service and breakdown role
- All tools, FGA, brand new phone, Laptop, Van Stock all provided
- Van suppled with private use – All Vans are automatic
- Average of 6-8 jobs a day depending on travel – if a lot of travel is planned then workload is reduced
- Day is planned for 10 hours from 8AM – 6PM – engineer leaves home at 8AM and home by 6PM.
- Salary covers 8AM – 4:30PM and then from 4:30PM – 6PM is single overtime – You might have work planned between 4:30AM and they might not it varies – If you finish work at 5:30PM then it gets rounded up to 6PM. If you work past 6PM, you DO NOT get paid overtime past that.
- Engineers expected to be on first job at 9AM – again travel dependant.
- Summer roster – Monday – Friday X 3.
- Tuesday – Saturday X1. The Client can request engineer to work 1 rest day a month if needed.
- Winter Roster – Monday – Friday X 2.
- Tuesday – Saturday X2. The Client can request engineers to work 2 rest days a month if needed.
- No Call outs.
Bonuses
There are two types of bonuses - Capacity Bonus and Efficiency Bonus
Efficiency Bonus
This is made up of first- time fixes and recall percentages.
For example, 95% first time fix and 5% recall would work out to 90% overall efficiency bonus. This is paid monthly but scored daily so room to earn extra money every day.
Capacity Bonus
This is the Daily overtime you can get if you complete the work quicker than the planned time – for example, if you finish at 4:30 but the planned finish was 5:30PM, then you will get 1 hour overtime.
