- Description
- CCN1 + MET1 or, CMA1 + MET1 or Level 2 NVQ in Dual Fuel
- Current personal Gas Safe registration
- Relevant hand tools, & Multi-meter (any electrical equipment must be calibrated and/ or have an in-date PAT testing certificate
- Ladders that conform to BS EN 131 to access lofts and other areas. A combination style step ladder, or 2 ladders (one to access lofts and an A frame style ladder for working on boilers at height, etc as required on HSE and SAE visits
- To be considered experienced, the candidate must show they have installed smart meters and worked in this field for at least two years
- To be technically competent, the resource will have to work on their own with no supervision, they must be able to use all the tools available to them to ensure they fully complete all installs and any faults to high standard
Job overview
- Commit to work from 3-5 days per week
- Work within 1-hour radius of home address but may vary
- Receive work on our field device which will be provided
- National help desk access provided to assist with diagnosing Smart Meter faults
- 3-4 customers per day
- Regular work, with opportunities to generate additional earnings bonus
