Heating Engineer

Overview
We are recruiting for an experienced Heating Engineer to carry out servicing, maintenance and repair of heating and hot water systems within domestic properties across the region. The role focuses on safety, efficiency and delivering a high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Service, maintain and repair heating and hot water systems in domestic properties
Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently and safely
Provide excellent customer care when dealing with clients and tenants
Communicate job updates and progress clearly
Complete electronic and manual job documentation accurately
Comply with all Health & Safety legislation, including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work and COSHH
Manage stock ordering and auditing to ensure parts availability

Candidate Requirements:

Valid gas qualifications (minimum CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1)
Willingness to participate in an out-of-hours evening and weekend rota
Friendly, professional and customer-focused approach
Ability to pass required criminal record and reference checks
