Alice has worked in recruitment for over 18 years having started her recruitment career in the gas industry, moving over to healthcare and then coming back to gas again. She started with Mirai as the Key Account Manager for the British Gas contract overseeing both the permanent and contract recruitment until recently where she has been promoted to Head of Recruitment. This extremely busy role keeps her on her toes, and she is meticulous at ensuring that both clients and engineers receive the best possible recruitment journey from start to finish.
